This website describes Tidrova, pool-service software in early access. Information here may change as the product develops.

Early access

Requesting early access does not create a contract or an obligation to buy. Any use of the software will be covered by a separate agreement that we will share before you sign up.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit information about other people without their permission.

Confidentiality and fair use of the software

Tidrova, including its software, design, features, workflows, chemistry logic and any non-public information you see while using it, is our confidential information and trade secret. You may use it only to run your own pool-service business.

You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or try to extract the source code, models or data structures; not to use Tidrova, or what you learn from it, to build, train or improve a competing product or service; not to resell or give access to people outside your company; and not to share screenshots, documentation or non-public details with competitors. These promises continue after your account ends.

No warranties

The website is provided as is. Chemistry suggestions in the product are advisory; trained technicians remain responsible for chemical handling and dosing.
